We have been taking Lindsay's Vinyasa Flow yoga class and doing a private yoga session with her weekly for about 5 years. We enthusiastically followed her when she opened Sweet Yoga in Hinesburg. Her flexible style of variety and flow tailored to the individual’s unique needs done with humor and patience are refreshing and inspiring. Lindsay has saved my health and my sanity. You should do yoga with her.

I started working with Lindsay doing private training sessions at the end of August 2013. I was very unhappy and overweight with no idea how to start to lose the weight, gain my confidence back or be the happy fun-loving person I once was. At first it was very tough but I was determined and Lindsay is great at being a supportive coach and pushing me to my limits at the same time. I started with one sessions and loved it so began 2 days and week and very soon after I added a 3rd day. I began to feel the difference first and then my confidence came back full force. By the middle of October I had lost almost 9 inches off my body! I am so much stronger then when I started and I am now "shopping" in my own closet and fitting into clothes I have not touched in years! Mentally I am happy overall and not stressing over all aspects of life anymore. It took me a long time to realize that the best investment is in yourself. I would not give up or miss my training sessions for the world! THANK YOU Lindsay!

I have always been interested and wanted to take a yoga class but finding the time and child care and so on and so on stopped me from pursuing it. When I noticed Sweet Yoga open right here in Hinesburg I knew it was time to jump in. I could only commit if my 2 daughters, ages 10 and 8, would be willing to join me and if the yoga instructor was willing to teach all three of us. Luckily for us, everyone agreed and it has been the best experience for my daughters and I. Being complete novices to yoga, I did not know what to expect or ask for. Lindsay has been great at tailoring the class to each of us-a little core training for me, some strength for my oldest daughter and flexibility work for my youngest. Week after week I have found that I can reach a little further to the floor and my daughters have astounded me with their quick adaptation to everything she throws at them. Lindsay is a great role model for my girls-positive, calm, flexible and strong (in mind and spirit) and hard working. Our yoga class with Lindsay is a high point of our week. - Monica
I am the Middlebury Rugby Coach. I started training with Lindsay twice a week about a year ago. With her help I have lost over 20lbs and I feel great! When I put on pants I haven't worn for years and they are too loose, I know that all the hard work is worth it and I remind myself of that everytime I don't feel like working out. It's definitely not easy, she kicks my butt, but I feel great afterwards and have so much more confidence. I even run with the boys now! It's the best feeling when you see people and they tell you how good you look. With help from our training, last year my wife and I climbed Machu Picchu, and this year we are climbing Patagonia. How great is that!
I am currently 85 years old. When I first started seeing Lindsay for Private Yoga Sessions three years ago I needed assistance to get up off the floor and would tire quickly. I now see her 3 times per week for Yoga and Strength Training. My strength and balance have greatly improved and I feel so much better after leaving our sessions. When I'm feeling down she picks my spirits back up. She is a joy to work with and I often tell her that it's even better than a massage because the effects last much longer. She has become a dear friend and I love practicing Yoga and doing strength training with her.
